In order to provide professional service, we provide fast and professional assistance.

We offer technical support in two variants:


  • Support STANDARD

    – by e-mail, professional, free technical and service support as part of your license.

It is provided by our experts on business days from 8:00 to 16:00. You will receive instructions up to 48 hours from the time of notification. The notification shall be processed according to the notification order.


  • Support PREMIUM

    – this is comfortable assistance in solving problems. Our specialist contacts you by phone and gives assistance by remote access directly on your computer. Individual consultations.
